As students, she and five classmates are enjoying their senior year in style - appreciating every square inch of their new house. As parents, we are content knowing she is in a secure, well constructed building surrounded by friends in a safe, well planned, off campus community.
Individually keyed bedrooms afford privacy and security…tandem bathrooms provide ample personal space…and the dining area, kitchen and living room offer the ultimate for socializing. The kids love the amenities – the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the in house laundry facilities, and of course the flat screen TV!
As parents, we appreciate the alarm system, the sturdy construction, the furnishings, the proximity to campus and the curb appeal.
As “first tenants” we were impressed with the responsiveness of everyone involved with this project.
The design is meticulously tailored to college life. Everything was delivered as promised, plus extras! Deadlines were met and the work was timely and professional.
